Since about 80% of all leads came through Google Maps, special attention was paid to local SEO to improve positions in the local rendition.

A popular information resource aimed at the audience of developers. The task was to bring the site to the top of the search results and ensure steady organic growth. It should be noted that the development of the site started from scratch, but a thematic though weak dropper was glued to it. An important feature of this project was constant interaction with the editorial staff of the publication and the editor-in-chief. Not all SEO recommendations could be directly implemented for reasons known only to journalists. Therefore, we had to find compromise solutions.

The site is an information resource belonging to the media category. As part of the work on the project, comprehensive SEO optimization was carried out, including both standard promotion methods and specific strategies to increase visibility in Google Discover.

In the spring of 2020, a plastic surgeon's website was taken for promotion. The "calling cards" in plastic surgery and priority services for promotion were: tummy tuck, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation. The surgeon operates in three cities of Ukraine: Zaporozhye, Dnipro and Kyiv. The site already had some traffic and visibility, but in most cases it was traffic to a blog with informational articles. The service pages, which should be a priority for such a business card site, were poorly optimized (there was no emphasis on cities and services as such). The service pages were poorly optimized, and in some cases they were tailored for information requests. What I would like to note in a positive way is that the YMYL factors were well developed (there was complete information about the plastic surgeon, photos of his work, videos with explanations of operations, etc.). A good link profile was also formed, however, with slightly "dangerous" anchors, which had to be corrected later. The site existed in this state until spring 2020. It is clear that they tried to promote the site, perhaps even through an agency, but it was done carelessly. It is quite possible that due to this carelessness, the site was under a filter in 2019 - for aggressive anchors. The task was to "lick" the main landing pages, correct the link profile, and so that the investment was effective. After getting acquainted with the site, a project development strategy was formed, and a list of internal and external work was also agreed upon.

In the spring of 2020, the website of the aesthetic medicine clinic was taken for promotion. The clinic's main area of ​​activity was plastic surgery, the clinic's representative offices were located in three cities of Ukraine: Zaporozhye, Dnipro and Kyiv. First of all, the client was interested in queries related to plastic surgery. The site already had a small traffic, but in 90% of cases it was traffic to the clinic's blog, where there were informational articles. The service pages, which should be a priority for such a resource, were poorly optimized (interlinking was done at random, there was no emphasis on cities and services). The service pages were tailored as informational articles in a blog (i.e. not for commercial keys, but for info queries). Due to the fact that both the blog and the service pages were tailored for info keys, they competed with each other in the search results or even fell out of the TOP20 search results. When getting acquainted with the site, it was discovered that the clinic also has a domain, it was under 301 redirect to the main domain. Since the com.ua domain had a link mass and it was not renewed on time, the ahrefs graph shows how links fell off since the beginning of spring. The only thing that can be noted in a positive way is that the YMYL factors were well developed (there was complete information about the clinic, specialists, etc.). The site existed in this state until the spring of 2020. It is clear that they tried to promote the site (possibly by contractors), but this was done ineffectively. The task was to correct the situation in a short time and show the result, all work was done with effective capital investments and no questionable work was done. After getting acquainted with the project, a list of internal and external works was agreed upon.

In November 2019, a website-pharmacy for medicines - pills for treatment of hepatitis C and oncology - came for promotion. The site had low traffic (no more than 30 per day) and a lot of poorly optimized pages. The site had been hanging around in this state since 2017. It can be seen that they tried to promote the site by contractors, but it was done extremely unprofessional and without results. There were a lot of complaints when getting acquainted with the site to the texts of preparations (half of them were simply copied from competitors) and link strategy (placement was performed through the Miralinks exchange crabbily). The task was to correct the situation in a short time with minimal investment. After getting acquainted with the project, a list of internal and external works was agreed upon.

In June 2019, an online lending site came in for promotion. The site had falling traffic and many pages that were cannibalizing each other. The domain name had been used by a banking institution in the past, but it did not survive the banking crisis in 2013-2016. The domain name under the previous owner had an assortment of credit cards available for customers to order. It can be seen that they tried to promote the site on their own, but it was done extremely chaotically and unsuccessfully. There were a lot of complaints when getting acquainted with the project to the texts and link strategy. But we had to correct the situation and work with what we had. After a detailed analysis of the project, an agreed list of works was carried out.

In February 2017, a large financial information website came for promotion. The site had traffic of about 23000 people per day. The task was to increase the website traffic up to 40000 - 50000 visitors per day. After getting acquainted with the project a list of internal and external works was agreed. The result of the work done did not take long to wait and already in September began a smooth growth of traffic, you can see it on the diagram below. By February the traffic reached 39,500 and increased 1.7 times.
